General Terms and Conditions Moulin Rouge
1. Age Requirement: Visitors must be at least 18 years old and able to provide valid identification at all times.
2. Outside Food and Drinks: Bringing outside food or beverages into the venue is prohibited.
3. Alcohol Consumption: Drunk visitors will not be admitted. Excessive alcohol consumption may lead to removal from the club.
4. Photography and Filming: It is prohibited to take photos or videos of staff.
5. Respectful Behavior: Visitors must treat both customers and staff with respect at all times.
6. Security Cameras: Security cameras are installed throughout the building for the safety of visitors and staff.
7. Sexual Conduct: Sexual acts by visitors are not allowed.
8. Show Participation: Volunteers may be asked to participate in the show during the program.
9. Respect for Dancers: Visitors must always treat the dancers with respect.
10. No Re-entry: Once you leave Moulin Rouge, re-entry is not permitted.
11. Online Ticket Refund Policy: For online ticket purchases, a refund is available if requested at least 1 day before the event. Refunds may take up to 5 days to process.
12. No Guaranteed Seating: Seating is not guaranteed; standing room may be provided during busy periods.
13. Opening Hours: Opening hours may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
14. Smoking and Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are prohibited throughout the venue.
15. Cleanliness: Visitors are required to clean up after themselves, including any vomit.
16. Aggressive Behavior: Visitors displaying aggressive behavior will be removed without the right to a refund.
17. Staff Instructions: Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times.
18. Wheelchair Accessibility: Moulin Rouge is not wheelchair accessible.
19. Liability: Moulin Rouge is not liable for any damage or injury occurring on the premises.
20. Program Times: Start and end times of the program may vary.
21. Arrival Time: Visitors are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
22. No Waiting Area: There is no indoor waiting area available.
23. No Refund for Misconduct: After removal due to drunkenness, aggression, or other misconduct, no refund will be provided.
